Located right off Main Street in Moab, our units were built with the highest standards of integrity and quality.

The kitchen boasts a side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, electric range with convection, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also included along with an on-demand water heater.

 

A state of the art energy-efficient electric heating and cooling system provides complete comfort in the summer and winter. Ceiling fans are located in the living and bedroom areas to assist with circulation.

The main floor features an open concept with a half bath. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. A patio is provided for outdoor living and entertaining. I addition, one off-street parking space is included. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent.

Electric, internet, and television services are the responsibility of the tenant.

We perform credit and background checks along with verifications of employment income. These are yearly rentals and we accept one approved pet. An additional approved pet may be considered for an additional monthly fee.
